Are you passionate about data governance and risk management?We are looking for a Data Governance Consultant to strengthen a team of experts driving innovation, compliance, and regulatory excellence in the banking industry.Your RoleAs a Data Governance Consultant, you will:Act as subject matter expert on data governance and credit risk frameworksServe as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into clear specificationsEnhance and update data & risk management policies and proceduresParticipate in BCBS 239 compliance projects and ensure data quality frameworks are properly implementedContribute to the development and automation of regulatory and risk reportingSupport the implementation of data governance tools and solutionsYour ProfileWe are looking for a motivated professional with:A Master’s degree in econometrics, mathematics, physics, computer science or applied economics5 years of experience in the banking sector, with strong knowledge of data, risk, and regulatory processesProven expertise in BCBS 239 and data governance frameworksFamiliarity with banking products (retail & non-retail) and regulations (Basel III, CRR/CRD, IFRS9, etc.)Technical skills (SAS, R, Python, or similar)Excellent communication skills in Dutch (mandatory) and English.
