As Customer Service OTC you will have following responsibilities:
you are responsible for the Orders in SAP
you handle the entire process from Order to Cash
you handle complex situations and are in frequent contact with sales, logistics and finance teams
you are the central point of contact for your clients
you are responsible for the German regions

You speak fluent German and English (or German and French)
You have proven experience in Customer Service
You are very solutions oriented
You are proactive and don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen
You are immediately available
You have knowledge of SAP
Our client is an international actor in the chemical industry.They are looking for a Customer Service OTC for the German speaking regions.The job is Brussels based but you can work from home 2 days/week.
