  • You handle reception duties and closely monitor office logistics
  • You prepare presentations, meetings, and events
  • You support the Personal Assistant Team of the partners
  • You actively contribute to sustainability initiatives within the office
  • You arrange travel arrangements for the Business Support team
PROFILEYour profile as an Office Administrator looks like this:
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience
  • You have excellent knowledge of English. Dutch or French is a strong asset
  • You are well-versed in MS Office
  • You are discreet, detail-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and communicate fluently
  • You are flexible and able to perform well in unforeseen circumstances
