You handle reception duties and closely monitor office logistics
You prepare presentations, meetings, and events
You support the Personal Assistant Team of the partners
You actively contribute to sustainability initiatives within the office

PROFILEYour profile as an Office Administrator looks like this:
You hold a bachelor’s degree or have relevant experience
You have excellent knowledge of English. Dutch or French is a strong asset
You are well-versed in MS Office
You are discreet, detail-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and communicate fluently
You are flexible and able to perform well in unforeseen circumstances
