First of all, what does a Business Controller do at mateco it?As a Business Controller reporting directly to the IT EPMO Director, you will be at the forefront of financial strategy and performance for mateco IT. Your responsibilities will encompass:Monthly Reporting: Analyze & report on variances versus budget and prior periods.Ad‑hoc Forecasting: Provide timely financial forecasts aligned with yearly budgets.Quarterly Cross-Charging: Maintain and apply cost allocation keys to our operational company's.Annual Budgeting: Support budgeting for IT services, including rationale defense.FTE & HC Planning: Control people costs across internal, external, and managed services in collaboration with PMO.Multi-Year Planning: Drive 10-year financial modeling using Excel-based simulations.AP Oversight: Supervise PO management and IT vendor invoice processing.Cost & TCO Initiatives: Aggregate disparate financial data and support cost-saving measures.Continuous Improvement: Refine processes (Excel & Dynamics 365 FO key‑user role).License Asset Coordination: Expand the role to manage application licensing if desired.Ad-hoc Duties: Tackle additional tasks amidst dynamic IT finance operations.Ok.
