- Leading and managing the daily sales efforts for our client, with a focus on positioning the hotel, brand communication, and customer development for various aspects including rooms, dining outlets, and events.
- Overseeing rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation, market performance, and achieving budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
- Building effective partnerships with like-minded luxury brands to enhance revenue and positioning, while also establishing and maintaining strong business relations with key corporate clients such as airlines, DMCs, OTA’s, travel agencies, and tourist offices.
- Collaborating with the Executive team in preparing annual sales and marketing budgets.
- Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones.

- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the English language. French and/or German, a competitive advantage.
- Ideally hold a degree in business management, hotel management, marketing, or an equivalent field.
- Exhibit dynamic leadership, excellent communication, decision-making skills, and a sharp business acumen.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a 5-star luxury hospitality setting.
- Showcase strong selling and negotiation skills, along with good analytical abilities.
