You make sure everything runs smoothly - from coaching your team to achieving sales goals. You are responsible for the store's success and ensure customers always enjoy the best possible experience.Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and optimizing sales and store standards.Identify market trends and build a network of key external contacts, including managers of other retailers.Make commercial decisions that impact the success of the store and the company.Coordinate and coach your management team (Team Managers and Department Managers) to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.Recruit, develop, and retain employees who meet our standards and contribute to store goals.Act as the Store Manager's deputy, taking full responsibility for daily operations and policy execution in their absence.What we ask of youBachelor-level education or equivalent experienceExcellent command of both Dutch and EnglishProven experience in retail management with full responsibility for sales, costs, and team development - preferably in a value-driven retail environmentStrong focus on customer satisfaction and service, with a commercial mindset to maximize sales opportunitiesStrong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your teamCommercial awareness, capable of managing costs while achieving sales targetsEffective communication skills, fostering a positive work culture and promoting collaborationAre you ready to make a difference?
