Clinical Applications Specialist for our Benelux EntityBelgium (Remote)We are looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist with a focus on Flanders Belgium and Southern Netherland. This position is responsible for the installation and training of Natus software and hardware in clinical locations. The role also assists in software, hardware, technical, and PC issues to work towards prompt resolution in order to maximize customer satisfaction and promote a quality image of Natus. Our brands have long been a reference for neurological diagnostics in hospitals and clinics in the area.The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:· Perform demonstrations on Natus equipment that involve the modalities of NCS, EMG and EPs.· Assist with onsite installation of Natus hardware and software, including configuration and testing.· Conduct onsite training to clinical staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the complete diagnostic system including software and hardware.· Maintain ownership and updates assigned service requests according to procedure.· Ensure timely completion of all paperwork and required reports including all data entries into required systems.· Provide remote trainings as assigned.· Assist with field trial sites as assigned.· Work closely to resolve issues at problem accounts and communicate status to the Manager of Field Service.· Communicates customer feedback to the product development group.· Work closely with technical support, sales, and customer service and serve as a liaison to ensure customer needs are met.· Provide clinical support and demo assistance to the sales group as needed.· Participate in training sessions and review new products to stay up-to-date with new product offerings.What we are looking for: Basic Qualifications· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Respiratory, General Medicine, Cardiology or Neurodiagnostic labs performing EMG, NCS, EPs studies, or Clinical Support / Product Specialist / Product Manager role in Companies working in the Neurodiagnostics segment.· Knowledge in the field of neurology is desirable,· Experience in sales to hospitals and clinics are considered clear strengths in the application process,· Particular interest in technically complex products, IT/software· Strong customer presentation and sales negotiation skills,· Creative and customer-oriented thinking skills,· Fluent Dutch is essential and a professional level of English desirableCompensation and Benefits:Compensation and Benefits: Along with a competitive salary and bonus structure / incl.
