Every time you visit our stores, you will feel enriched!"Overall tasksAs a Client Advisor in our customer service center, you will be an ambassador for the brand and ensure that each customer is treated in accordance with our promise. You will strive to discover your customers and their needs and guide them through the brand. You will proactively reach out to your customers to achieve individual and team goals.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Greet each customer and provide the best customer experienceBe responsible for answering all incoming inquiries from customers via multiple channels: Phone, email, and social mediaAdvise customers on the brand and all product categoriesWork with customers to develop long-term relationships and use various customer tools to promote brand loyaltyEnsure you maximize each sales opportunity while working towards the goals set by the brandPerform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall customer service goalsLearn and master brand and product knowledgeFollow company policies and proceduresLanguagesFluent in at least one of these languages: Norwegian, Swedish, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Danish, and Finnish.
