Working as the right hand of the Plant Controller
Being in charge of the cost management & monthly forecasting (plant & overhead)
Updating the standard cost pricing
Acting as a Business Partner towards the other departments (engineers, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, …)
Being in charge of the inventory management
Maintaining the master data in SAP
Presenting the monthly plant result
Being in charge of the Operational Reporting
Traveling to visit the plant in The Netherlands (20%).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Management / Business Administration
Around 3-5 years of financial experience in Controlling or Audit
Manufacturing / Industrial / Plant Controlling experience is a strong asset
Fluency in Dutch & English. Knowledge of French is a plus
Analytical & problem-solving mindset
Good Business Partnering and communication skills
Open to travel 20% to visit the plant in The Netherlands.
