- You will manage the scope, planning and budget of the programme
- You plan and manage the resources needed to deliver your programme
- You prioritise and plan the various activities required to analyse and implement well-defined deliverables
- You proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigating actions
- You will manage the stakeholders in your programme, including developing appropriate change management
- You will supervise a team of around 5 people and ensure effective technical implementation and deployment within the set deadlines.
- You will also play an active role in the analysis, testing and implementation of solutions
- You will organise Steercos and report to the head of the IT department and to senior management
- You have at least 15 years' demonstrable and relevant experience as a project manager for document management system (DMS) implementation projects.
- You are familiar with the technical applications used to set up DMS environments (including Office 365 and SharePoint Online).
- You are familiar with the DMS environment for Autodesk products.
- You will manage projects using the Prince 2 methodology.
- You have proven experience of using AzDevops to track project tasks.
- You will have proven experience of using Ms Project to monitor a complex DMS programme.
- You are able to organise and run workshops independently.
- You are able to communicate effectively with your colleagues in the commercial and technical sectors.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. You can draft your documentation in these languages.
- You have relevant experience in organising user acceptance test sessions and in organising and training end users.
