o On average a total of 17 fixed vacation days per yearFringe benefitsShift premiumEco vouchersJob descriptionAs a CNC turner, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts in metal, stainless steel, or plastic. You work based on technical plans and independently adjust the process where necessary. The work is varied: both series work and piece production are involved.
Your tasks as a CNC turner:
- Setting up, operating, and inspecting CNC lathes
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Independently performing quality controls with measuring tools
- Making minor corrections in the CNC programs
- Thinking about optimizing production processes
- Reporting deviations or improvement points to the team leader
- Maintaining your workstation and complying with safety regulations
- You have a technical diploma (e.g., mechanical design, machining, CNC techniques) or equivalent experience
- You have experience as a CNC turner or want to delve into this
- You can work accurately and independently
- You have an eye for quality and a passion for technology
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain is an advantage
