You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and contributing to the achievement of regional strategic goals.Your main responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating operational teams, sharing technical knowledge, and motivating team members.
Ensuring the proper functioning of technical installations, including planning and maintenance activities.
Coordinating and optimizing site operations in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
Managing various operational projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Implementing and monitoring quality and safety control procedures.
Promoting and applying HSSEQ objectives in line with company policies.

Master's degree in a technical field or Industrial Engineering diploma.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a production environment (Industry, logistics, transport, retail, etc.).
Strong project management and people management skills.

Excellent analytical skills, stress resilience, and a strong sense of commitment.
Fluent in French with a good working knowledge of Dutch.
