Your role: As a Senior Consultant within the Employee Reward Experience, you will support studies and analyses on remuneration strategy, policy, and reporting. You will work on projects that contribute to a more transparent and fairer remuneration landscape, focusing on legal requirements and social evolutions.Your responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize remuneration strategies and structures.
Implement and assist with new remuneration strategies and structures.
Research and report on equal pay and gender gaps.
Advise on the transparency directive and its impact on remuneration policy.
Support studies and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and technological advancements impacting HR & Reward strategies.
Experience or knowledge in implementing Total Reward Statements is a plus, but not required.
Your profile:
Master's degree in economics, law, HR, taxation, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in reward consulting, HR analytics, or compensation & benefits.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven advice.
Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and a curious strategic thinker.
Strong interest in social themes such as remuneration, equal pay, transparency, and Total Reward statements.
