Job PurposeWe are looking for a highly skilled Finance Business Partner / FP&A Controller to strengthen our finance team and support our business leaders in driving performance. In this role, you will combine analytical expertise with strategic insight, ensuring accurate financial planning, transparent reporting, and actionable recommendations. You will play a key part in enabling sound decision-making, improving efficiency, and contributing to sustainable business growth across our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Decision Support
Act as a trusted business partner for our P&L managers, preparing variance analyses (ACT vs. BUD) and providing actionable recommendations.
Establish and monitor volume, productivity, and pricing dashboards in line with group standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements.
Provide fact-based support for strategic decision-making.
Contribute to ad hoc projects such as investment evaluations, M&A initiatives, and business case financial modelling.
Budget & Forecast
Actively participate in the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in compliance with group standards and timelines.
Reporting
Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Emeria Europe HQ.
Support with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and support business leaders.
5+ years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance functions.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
Experience with ERP systems and BI/controlling tools (e.g., SAP BFC, Workday, Hyperion, Power BI) is a strong plus.
