Location: Aruba
Salary: AWG 24,700 per month (€12,574.56 per month)

Your Role as a Critical Care/Intensive Care Physician:
  • Provide expert care and treatment for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care
  • Stay at the forefront of advancements in critical care medicine through ongoing professional development
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Contribute to patient-centred care strategies and continuous healthcare improvement
What You’ll Need:
  • A recognised medical degree & specialisation in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
  • Proven experience in managing critically ill patients in an ICU setting
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a multicultural setting
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Willingness to learn Dutch to B2 level within two years (the electronic system is currently in English but may transition to Dutch soon)
