Cross Border Talent is hiring a Dutch Speaker as a Travel Agent to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.Do you want a new challenge in a multicultural company?We have the job for you!!!What will be your mission?

Answer Inquiries;
Resolve Issues;
Update Information;
Update documentation
Ensure Satisfaction;
Provide and offer Guidance;
Analyse issues;
Assess reports;

Requirements:

EU citizenship or Bulgarian residence permit;
Dutch C1 + Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
Good computer skills;
High School Diploma;
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Benefits:

Monday-Friday 9am - 8pm ( 8 hours rotative shifts)
3 months training full-time in the office 9am to 6pm;

Permanent Contract; * Up to 3 months onsite based on performance, eligible to move to Hybrid after 6th month

Base salary
Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary+ Performance bonus (up to 300 BGN)
Bonus for important life events (marriage or university graduation)for the amount of 500 BGN
