- Handle corporate housekeeping for multiple entities, including drafting and maintaining corporate documents and organising board and shareholder meetings.
- Manage KYC and AML procedures, liaising with investors, portfolio companies and financial institutions.
- Support regulatory compliance processes, including FSMA reporting and drafting/updating policies.
- Assist with legal documentation (e.g., NDAs) and standardised contract follow-up.
- Report to the senior legal counsel and you will collaborate closely with the General Counsel/COO and the other legal counsel, supporting both PE and VC transactions when needed.
- Coordinating ESG reporting in collaboration with external consultants and portfolio companies.
- Have the opportunity to grow into a compliance officer role, including responsibility for internal policy reviews and broader regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plus.
- Proactive, solution-driven, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to take ownership of tasks, including administrative responsibilities.
