To strengthen their team, they are seeking an IT Manager who will play a key role in supporting daily operations while contributing to the organization's strategic visionIT Strategy & Projects: Define and implement IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals; oversee IT projects, system upgrades, and deployment plans; ensure delivery, validation, and functional integration of solutions.Governance & Compliance: Establish IT governance processes; ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, cybersecurity, audits, NIS2); maintain and enforce IT policies.Operations & Support: Supervise incident management and user support; coordinate with IT staff and external providers; ensure continuous service delivery.Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Lead cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity (BCP/DRP), and crisis simulations; raise staff awareness and collaborate with the risk manager to mitigate IT risks.Business Needs & Change Management: Gather and prioritize business requirements; assess and select IT solutions; drive digital transformation and adoption of new technologies (AI, automation, process optimization).Performance & Cost Control: Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and monitor KPIs to track performance and cybersecurity effectiveness; provide regular reporting to the executive committee.Team Leadership: Coordinate and mentor the IT Officer; oversee workload distribution, deadlines, and quality of deliverables; act as technical reference for complex issues.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external providers (software, hosting, services) to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.Exciting opportunity for a passionate IT professional Enjoy stability while tackling stimulating day-to-day challengesEducation: Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or Management with IT focus; certifications in business analysis, project management, or IT security are a plus.Technical Skills:IT infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, VirtualizationCybersecurity & compliance: GDPR, IT audits, risk management, NIS2, firewalls, identity management, Microsoft DefenderCloud & collaboration: Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, TeamsNetworking: TCP/IP, VPN, secure Wi-FiSystems & tools: ERP (Odoo), DMS, Azure Portal, Microsoft Admin Center, IntuneLanguages: Native French or Dutch with excellent command of the other; good English for technical documentation.Our client is a national financial institution committed to fostering long-term economic stability.
