As they expand their ERP systems across global subsidiaries, they're looking to bring on a NetSuite Implementation Lead to manage and deliver key initiatives.This is a permanent opportunity to take ownership of critical NetSuite projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimise processes across finance and operations. The role is based on-site in Mons (4-5 days per week) and offers real influence in shaping the company's digital landscape.Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle NetSuite ERP projects, including implementation, optimisation, and integrations
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Partner with teams across finance, operations, and sales to align ERP systems with evolving business needs
Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet project objectives
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Deliver user training and maintain thorough documentation
Contribute to continuous system and process improvements
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, either directly or through a consulting partner
Strong understanding of finance/accounting workflows; additional experience with ERP modules such as logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing is ideal
Good working knowledge of NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce); SuiteScript knowledge is a plus
Experience in international finance environments is a strong advantage
Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English (required); French is a plus but not essential
Able to work on-site in Mons 4-5 days per week
