
Assistant Legal Department

- Manage complex calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence for legal leaders
- Confident and enthusiastic team player and able to pro-actively manage multiple priorities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on actions, and improve team efficiency
- Support budget tracking and purchase orders using internal tools and platforms
- Create and manage documents, presentations, and internal communications to support the legal team
- Help organize team-building activities and onboarding for new colleagues
- Lead or support legal and team projects, such as internal newsletters
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant. Experience in legal affairs is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to confidentiality
- Comfortable with technology including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and legal tools
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently and flexibly
- Enthusiastic team player, open to feedback and eager to learn
- Professional and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
