- Ensure that AXA Partners’ and Benelux strategic objectives are translated into transformation and tactical plans across his/her scope, and that impacts are maximized on the technology front
- Lead and drive IT transformation in his/her scope (IT Transformation, Local & Tactical projects / programs, Move to the Cloud, Application Landscape simplification, Agility, etc.), in close collaboration with the Regional CIO:
- Partner closely with Benelux business stakeholders to analyze and support existing and new projects, relying when needed on regional shared capabilities
- Maintain and advocate a long-term vision of global assets and local solutions proposed to the business, in close coordination with Regional and Central IT teams
- Respecting IT Guilds Standards & best practices (governance & performance, architecture, project management, etc.)
- Leveraging centrally defined IT TOM to improve quality, efficiency, time to market and alignment to business, owning IT outsourcing partner relationship
- Provide technological transformation levers with special focus on GWP growth, cost efficiencies, CoR reduction and increased Customer NPS
- Liaise with central architecture team to design integrations between central architecture and local capabilities (respecting the Group Architecture & Security Policies)
- Supervise architecture implementation within AXA Partners' roadmap for his/her scope
- Steer and coordinate his/her scope area: activities, resources, quality of service, costs, actions to achieve the assigned goals
- Ensure a proper definition of SLAs for his /her scope and manage the implementation and the follow-up
- Manage & monitor Benelux IT budget and IT Capacity Plan
- Communicate to main stakeholders within AXA Partners ecosystem
- Lead AXA Partners IT governance local meetings, be part of Transformation initiatives Steering Committees
- Be accountable for operating and delivering IT services, constantly striving for greater efficiency
- Manage IT local operations teams
- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in scope to ensure optimal performance, local area connectivity and remote access
- Keep both on-premises and cloud solutions fully secured with a solid program aligned with security standard
- Liaise with Regional and Central IT teams to ensure workplace and end-user services QoS standard
- Influence Group / Central Solutions Teams when they have an impact on local solutions / activities
- Manage local applications teams and apply the Group Solutions projects and delivery policies and frameworks
- In charge of Security 1st line, and of delivering Security Targets within the scope and supporting Security Assurance activities
- Ensure the development of his/her team
- Assure capacity planning to secure delivery maintaining balanced workload (positive employee NPS)
- Focus on team performance, attracting and developing employees as well as fostering a new culture of collaboration across Benelux
- Focus on IT Target Operating Model (TOM) including efficiencies opportunities, roles repurposing and careers development
- Manage Benelux application tribe, including Offshore Delivery Resources
- Integrating target global assets to the IT Ecosystem of Benelux
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in managing large, diverse teams of IT professionals (operating in matrix with Central/Group)
- Extensive experience working in technology and/or business roles within a company with a solid understanding of technology
- Experience in leading change and championing transformative IT and customer service strategies which are sources of competitive advantage and differentiation, including outsourced services * Technical/Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Strong influential leadership behaviors to drive alignment, arbitrage and delivery at all levels
- Demonstrated expert judgment with the ability to quickly identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve problems at the local/regional/international level which could negatively impact global program implementation and/or financial results
- Promote transformation and adaptation to a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, strong influencer at all levels
- Collaborative working to achieve collective goals, ability to facilitate transversal/cross function collaboration, create trust and develop a “share-to-succeed” mindset
- Strong financial (P&L) and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
