MissionAs Head of Process Optimization at IBA, you will report directly to the Head of Quality Management and be responsible for establishing and leading a robust process governance framework across all Business Units. Your mission is to drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of operational excellence, and ensure seamless integration of business processes, IT systems, and cross-functional responsibilities. You will empower process owners, facilitate collaboration, and optimize the end-to-end process landscape to support IBA's strategic goals.Challenges we trust you with
  • Develop, implement and optimize a process governance framework across all IBA Business Units (excluding Dosimetry), to drive efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between process owners, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, process description and KPIs.
  • Lead the Change Management process and maintain the organizational change framework.
  • Guide and support project teams in executing process improvement initiatives and share this expertise with QA Corporate group.
  • Recommend, analyze and implement new tools or methodologies to foster process performance.
  • Foster a community of process owners to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Support integration of business processes with IT systems and digital transformation.
  • Deliver training and communication to enhance process awareness and capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
What we valueYou have:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in process management, business process optimization, or operational excellence, in a regulated industry (medical devices, automotive, etc.).
  • Experience in regulated environments, with a deep understanding of compliance reflexes.
  • Proven track record in process governance and large-scale change management projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decisions.
  • Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and process modeling IT systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • English fluency, French is a plus
