We offer youAs an operator at this company in Lommel, you can count on this package of conditions:
  • You perform a full-time job of 39 working hours per week
  • You work in the day shift, your day starts at 7:45 and ends at 16:30. On Friday, your weekend already starts at 15:30
  • Your salary is calculated based on your experience, ranging between € 15.50 and € 17.50 per hour
  • Your salary is supplemented with meal vouchers of € 6.00 per worked day
  • In addition to your 20 legal vacation days, you receive 6 extra days off per year (ADV)
  • This vacation can be freely scheduled, alongside the fixed long weekends
  • You receive a commuting allowance
  • Do you come by bike? Then you receive a bicycle allowance
  • You are entitled to a year-end bonus and vacation pay

  • You set up the machine and convert it
  • You supply the material and check the pallets when they come out of the machine
  • You solve minor malfunctions yourself, for major malfunctions you involve the technicians
  • You are responsible for manually assembling pallets using staple and nail guns
