Your mission is to help them secure the right space in the right location-evaluating risks and opportunities, and guiding them through every step of the transaction process, right up to contract signature.You will also play a key commercial role by identifying new business opportunities, initiating client contact, and contributing to the growth of our client portfolio.Key responsibilities:
Advise clients on the implementation of their real estate strategy, including:
Location analysis and strategy
Stay-or-leave decision-making
Lease renewals, regear negotiations, acquisitions, disposals, and sales
Develop and deliver bespoke, data-driven proposals that create tangible value
Provide transactional advice supported by deep market intelligence and research
Proactively identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business development
Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

A relevant university degree and 5 years of professional experience
A proven track record in commercial real estate
