- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion quotidienne du travail opérationnel de l'équipe, que vous planifiez, coordonnez et contrôlez, tout en garantissant qualité, sécurité, mais aussi respect de l'environnement, des coûts de production, des procédures de production, le respect du matériel ainsi que des spécifications du produit fini.
- Vous agissez en tant que leader et formez les opérateurs de production présents aux différents postes.
- Vous êtes capable de réaliser n'importe quel démarrage de production (fermentation, liquide, séchage, transferts,…).
- Vous appliquez de manière rigoureuse les normes HACCP et GMP, ainsi que celles relatives au règlement de travail.
- Vous suivez les paramètres de production afin d'obtenir un produit à la qualité recherchée.
- Vous réalisez la maintenance de premier niveau sur vos lignes.
- Vous assistez votre équipe à identifier les opportunités d'amélioration, analyser les causes profondes, développer et mettre en place les améliorations.
- Vous bénéficiez d'une solide expérience en gestion d'équipe en milieu industriel (shift leader, team leader, contremaître,…).
- Vous avez un diplôme A2 de préférence à orientation technique.
- Une expérience dans la participation à des projets d'amélioration continue est un plus.
- Vous bénéficiez d'un brevet cariste.
- Vous êtes disposé à porter des charges lourdes régulièrement (sacs pesant jusqu'à 25 kg).
- Vous êtes prêt à travailler en 3 pauses (6-14h, 14-22h, 22-6h).
- Faites preuve de leadership, agissez comme modèle et êtes capable de prise de décision sur le terrain.
- Êtes précis et rigoureux, capable de mener un process exigeant (fermentation).
- Pouvez mettre en avant vos qualités d'organisation et de planification.
- Contribuez par vos excellentes qualités de communication à construire un environnement agréable et chaleureux.
- Apportez à l'équipe votre capacité d'adaptation.
