Responding to requests submitted via the ServiceNow catalog.
Handling incidents escalated by the Service Desk.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the team:
Documenting processes and technical actions.
Participating in knowledge transfer initiatives.
Analyzing opportunities for task delegation to the Service Desk, as well as identifying tooling and automation possibilities.
