Function descriptionFor a company in Tielt, known as professional and customer-oriented, excelling in the production of carpets and rugs for residential and commercial use, as well as non-woven textiles, we are looking for a tufter/tuftster.Responsibilities:Operate one or more tufting machines producing room-sized carpets.As a tufter, you are responsible for carpet quality, repairing broken yarns, and tying yarns (manually or mechanically).Correct small quality defects and adjust machine components.Responsible for completing production reports and related tasks.Requirements Requirements:Profile:You have precise and fine motor skills.You work in an organized manner.You are tidy and orderly.You are not colorblind.You have logical thinking and reasoning skills.You are stress-resistant.You can work in 2 shifts.
