As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing various projects.
Lead business development initiatives, identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (70% of role)
Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool
Develop and present appropriate commercial offers in response to relevant calls for tender
Manage existing client portfolios, providing your own momentum to assigned territories
Support ongoing service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and career development for team members
Oversee client relationships, including needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contractual elements, and resource allocation
Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects
Identify and implement new strategies for territory growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven track record in sales, particularly in service-based industries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client and candidate relationships
Strong analytical and listening abilities to understand client and prospect needs
Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced business environment
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
