- Master's degree in advertising, marketing or communication
- At least 5 years of experience in the media industry
- Love working in cross functional teams and being in touch with various clients
- Have knowledge of the media landscape, and experience in media and communications planning
- Feel comfortable presenting your plans and ideas
- Like to initiate new ideas
- Communicate fluently in Dutch/French and English, both in written and spoken conversations
1. Client Services
- Maintain and optimize the relationship with appointed customers
- Continuously deliver excellent service to the customer (product and service package)
- Identify customer's marketing needs and pro-actively act on these needs by means of consultative selling
- Develop and foster marketing, communication and media strategies and solutions based on customer's needs and consult client on all mentioned items
- Organize and participate in client meetings internally, at the client's office and at the creative agency
- Utilize and understand proprietary and syndicated research tools used for planning and reporting purposes
- Follow the developments in the industry and relevant market segments
- Maintain contact and facilitates optimal collaboration between external parties such as operators and public city agents
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with other departments within OMD / OMG, such as all relevant parties with the Client Teams
- Client Management
- Add to a positive revenue of sales of current and new services of OMD
- Develop account strategies and plans, in order to ultimately expand the total service package of OMD (products and services)
- Follow up on agreements made with the client
- Monitor the deliverables derived from the plans, adjusts (budget) when needed
- Responsible for realizing client targets
- Responsible for performance regarding the service, fees and billing
- Add to the growth by actively realising new business projects with new and existing clients regarding online and offline (data, branded content and research)
- People Management
- Functionally responsible for daily managing and output of assigned client(s)
- Responsible for and monitor timely progress, optimal production and quality of output and operation
- Responsible for the qualitative and quantitative output of employees and other resources within the budget of the client
- Show leadership through communication, transparent feedback and disseminates norms and values of the organisation
- Work closely with the other client team members and ensure optimal and efficient collaboration and distribution of work in order to attain common goals.
