This role focuses on ensuring compliant data management across GxP processes, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and SaaS to support global growth and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and maintenance of data integrity strategies.
- Develop and deliver training on data integrity for GxP personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data integrity risks.
- Provide support during regulatory inspections related to digital and data integrity topics.
- Drive continuous improvement in data governance and risk management processes.
- Act as a consultant on data integrity practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Corporate Process Owner for GxP Data Integrity.
- Expertise in GxP Data Integrity and Computer System Quality regulations.
- Strong knowledge of global data integrity regulatory requirements, including computerized system compliance and hybrid models.
- Experience managing GxP inspections and addressing compliance issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as SaaS and AI/ML, and their regulatory implications.
- Fluency in English, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
