We are currently seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our European operations team and contribute to our ongoing success.JOIN OUR SARENS PROJECTS TEAM ; JOIN THE FORCE BEHIND #NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGH.As a RoRo Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate complex Roll-On and Roll-Off lifting operations. Together with your colleagues you will execute projects in safety, with precision and on time.Your tasks in a nutshell :
  • Execute lifting operations using barges, ballast-systems and SPMT combinations in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor equipment performance.
  • Prepare and supervise all activities related to the operation of combined systems.
  • Cooperate with international team : project managers, engineers, and ops crew.
  • Mentor and train team members.
In this position you will closely collaborate with project operations crew and you will report to the operations department manager.

PROFILEAs a RoRo Supervisor, you combine your strong heavy lifting knowledge with the ability to lead the forces of an on-site operations crew. You know how to strive for smooth on-site lifting operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and extensive experience in the execution of complex RoRo operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Willing to work in 6-2 rotations.
