Directing and guiding a team of rough construction workers
You take charge of planning, task distribution, and monitoring the work
Collaborating on masonry, concrete, formwork, and joint works
Supervising the quality, safety, and timing of the work
Reporting to the site manager or project manager
Training and supporting new colleagues where needed

Has experience in construction, renovation or restoration
Has leadership skills and likes to take responsibility
Communicates fluently in Dutch
Holds a driver's license B to move easily between sites
