Consolidation & Reporting AnalystDue to the continued growth of Manuchar, we are expanding our Finance team with an additional Consolidation & Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the financial reporting of an international group, while further developing your expertise in consolidation and IFRS.Your impactAs a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with our experienced Senior Consolidation Specialist. Together, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the group's monthly consolidated financial results under IFRS. You will provide transparent and reliable reporting to both internal and external stakeholders and contribute actively to the optimization of our processes, tools, and reporting practices.You'll join a dynamic team in an international environment where quality, collaboration and growth are key.Your responsibilities
  • Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements of the group, in line with IFRS and internal reporting guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret figures while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement best practices in the consolidation process.
  • Deep-dive into complex topics such as acquisitions, divestments, goodwill/badwill, and equity reconciliations.
  • Support our Business Intelligence and Performance Management teams with insights and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Grow into a subject matter expert and represent consolidation topics in technical and business meetings.
Your profile
  • You hold at least a bachelor's degree in economics or finance.
  • You have 3-5 years' experience in consolidation or financial reporting and knowledge of IFRS.
  • You are analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • You are able to summarize and clearly communicate complex financial information.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French or Spanish is a plus.
