Collaborating with business and technical teams to define requirements for digital customer information flows
Identifying opportunities to streamline and automating customer interactions, reducing reliance on paper-based processes
Supporting the development of solutions that enable customers to provide required information through digital channels (e.g., banking apps, online portals)
Exploring alternative sourcing strategies to minimize customer burden, including leveraging internal systems and external sources
Ensuring that incoming customer information can be automatically validated, processed, and stored in line with compliance and operational needs
Contributing to the overall strategy for optimizing customer profile information gathering across the organization
