The company is looking for a proactive and analytical Functional Analyst to support our logistics operations by optimizing business processes and translating operational needs into functional IT solutions. You will work closely with product owners, process developers and IT developers to ensure our systems and tools align with the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the logistics industry.
Analyze and document logistics processes such as warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, ERP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Support the configuration and testing of logistics software solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
Monitor system performance and provide first-line support for functional issues.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, workflows, and system configurations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Min 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
Experience with process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
