- Education: Engineering degree (electromechanical, civil, mechanical, or other technical specialities).
- Experience: Between 2 and 10 years in the area you wish to develop, ideally in technical project management or engineering (industry, infrastructure, renewable energy, etc.).
- Project Management: including planning, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Technical Expertise: proven hands-on experience within your technical domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively and foster a stimulating and success-driven work environment.
- Initiative and Intrapreneurship: Proactive decision-making and an intrapreneurial mindset to support strategic projects led by the intrapreneur you assist.
- Adaptability and Curiosity: Strong interest in technological innovation and the ability to adopt new methods and tools.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, technical project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Project Analysis and Objective Definition: Identify specific needs in collaboration with client teams and contribute to defining technical strategies to maximize outcomes.
- Technical Management and Coordination: Oversee the implementation of technical processes, ensure compliance with standards, and optimize the efficiency of interventions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Set up key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular reporting to stakeholders, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
- R&D or Process design: Participate to engineering studies and calculations, finding the balance between design constraints.
- Client Relationship and Interface: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a shared understanding of expectations and priorities.
- Technological and Sectoral Watch: Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends to adapt practices to ongoing developments.
- Promote intrapreneurship by involving teams in decision-making and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
