Make a positive impact.Your impactAs a Junior Business Data Analyst, you’ll make an impact by:Help clients solve important problems and make key management decisions based on data insightsUnderstand business needs and developing digital assets to help clients achieve operational excellenceUse machine learning to discover new insights, identify anomalies, and improve the way our clients operateValidate clients’ AI solutions and evaluating the quality, level of bias, and transparency of their modelsPlay a key role in the ongoing digitisation of PwC’s key services (controls advisory, ESG, risk management, ERP transformation...)About youDegreeMaster’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Engineering (IT), Business Economics (IT), Civil Engineering (IT), Industrial Engineering (IT), Information Management, or a related field.You’ll graduate at the end of this academic year or have up to two years’ experienceSkillsData Querying Languages: Skilled in SQL and Python (or equivalent).Machine Learning & Data Science: Exposure to machine learning projects involving topics such as NLP, anomaly detection, customer segmentation, etc.Dashboard Software Proficiency: Experience with at least one of the following: Microsoft PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated interest in IT systems, business processes, and an eagerness to learn for personal growth and development.Analytical Skills: Critical and analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills, capable of taking initiatives and working as a team.Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good written and spoken working knowledge of English.Nice to Haves:Adaptive Data Integration and Management: Ability to quickly adapt to and understand various cloud and on-premises data storage and processing environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, SSMS, Coupa). Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing efficient ETL processes tailored to diverse and unknown architecture to ensure optimal data accessibility and analysis readiness.Advanced Data Processing: Proficiency in Alteryx, dynamic SQL, and ETL process design.Project Management Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Asana, GitHub.ERP Data Models: Familiarity with ERP data models (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.).Life at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
