What can you expect from this job?The Product Specialist is in charge of supporting the dealer network and Material Handling stakeholders on all product related matters with regards to forklift trucks and warehouse machinery, in order to increase product awareness and thus impact the sales in a positive manner.o You offer product support assistance to our dealers in Europe and your colleagues in other departments.o You prepare manuals to support the dealer sales training and to educate them.o You organize product training sessions for sales forces and your internal colleagues.o You propose and discuss product improvements with our headquarters in Korea.o You lead in the creation and release of Product Information bulletins (PRI) for distribution within the dealer network.o You give the dealers product related information during important tenders and deals.o You validate brochures and technical specifications before the release support marketing with Product related information.o You provide support in the pricing of machines and lead in the offering of options.o Initiate competitive testing projects.o Participate in dealer events and exhibitions.Are you the new colleague we are looking for?o You have a technical or commercial degree, combined with a 5 years of relevant experience in the material handling industry .o You have experience in launching new products on the market.o You have good analytical and strong communication skillso You are not afraid to speak in front of an audience and you are fluent in English.
