• EU citizenship or Bulgarian residence permit;
• Dutch C1 + Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Good computer skills;
• High School Diploma;
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
• Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
• Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

• Monday-Friday 10am - 7pm
• 1 month training remote from 9am to 6pm;
• Permanent Contract;
• Base salary
• Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
• Bonus for important life events (marriage or university graduation)for the amount of 500 BGN
