⚡ Solution & Operations Manager – Brussels🌍 Help shape the future of electric mobilityOne of the fastest-growing companies in the EV charging industry is expanding in Belgium and looking for a Solution & Operations Manager to lead technical delivery of charging infrastructure projects.🚀 The roleYou will:✅ Manage the end-to-end rollout of EV charging station projects (12–18 months from signature to delivery)✅ Negotiate with subcontractors, architects, utilities, and local authorities✅ Ensure permits, compliance, and technical standards are secured✅ Lead and mentor a team of 2 Project Managers✅ Guarantee network reliability through smart vendor management👩💻 What we’re looking for
Engineering background
7+ years’ experience in construction, energy, utilities, or telecom (EV experience = big plus)
Proven management experience
Strong negotiation & project management skills
Languages: Dutch fluent (mandatory), English professional, French a plus
