The team responsible for managing and optimizing LowCode applications (Outsystems and Python assets), Java applications and a CSP platform (Content Service Platform - Isis Papyrus).
The team responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of ICT systems for Post In (scanning, digitizing and automatic text recognition of documents via AI components, i.e. Azure document AI), Post Out (sending communication to our members through various channels & Upgrade of software and roll out in the organization), Integration Competence center (Oracle Service Bus) and Hard facilities applications (especially package applications).
Role & responsibilitites
Combination of responsibilities: 50% people management and 50% service delivery.
Leading Agile & self-organizing teams to ensure the follow-up of various projects, according to the agreements made.
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to ensure that the set goals are met.
Participating in the formulation of overall ICT department policies and assisting in determining common ICT priorities.
Working on the continuous improvement of the service to your customers.
Guaranteeing an accessible and customer-oriented service, based on clear agreements about the services to be provided, their Service Levels and the costs they entail.
Motivating your employees, dividing the responsibilities in consultation with and according to the competencies of your team members and evaluating them.
Determining which resources are needed to bring the projects to a successful conclusion.
Coordinating the activities related to the strategic roadmap of the domain.
Strong analytical mind, eager to learn, communicative, stress-resistant and flexible.
QualificationsYour profile
A very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English is a must.
Able to develop strong leadership through your communication skills, ability to express ideas, and general ICT knowledge. Your leadership style and communication stimulate cooperation and make you an enthusiastic coach and people manager.

Technical skills
At least 5 years of experience in a people management position in a large organization or company.
Experience with agile working is a must: Agile delivery of strategic and critical projects.
