As part of the Legal Operations team, you will help manage legal systems, improve processes, and support internal and external stakeholders across the EMEA region.Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding and updates of law firm and user accounts in legal systems (APEX and ASCENT).Provide first-line support for legal matters, budgets, and invoicing.Deliver training sessions for internal teams and external partners.Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across platforms.Monitor mailbox and respond to legal operations queries.Support internal audits by preparing required documentation.Review invoices for accuracy and compliance.Research and resolve finance-related questions.Troubleshoot system issues and monitor performance.Generate reports to support legal and financial operations.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in finance, legal ops, or data analytics preferred.
