  • The purpose is to improve the project related processes in coordination with the PMO colleagues and the project managers as well as Support the administrative tasks of a project manager
  • Responsibilities and functional roles
  • Implement guidelines, standard procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent input from sales to PMO, and output from PMO to salesSMO
  • Creation of a project in an administrative way, document management, required input from (pre)sales, cooperation with finance.
  • Facilitate the creation and update of a project plan;
  • Planning engineering and installation in accordance with the PM & Eng. Managers
  • Ordering required equipment and services for the projects managers
  • Implement regular progress reporting and monitor project progress on the existent tools (SNOW and D365)
  • Assist the project manager in the collation of highlight reports for internal and external needs.
  • Establish risk, issue and change control processes and templates, and assist project staff in their delivery;
  • Manage or facilitate the quality review process (ISO 9001/27001...)
  • Manage or facilitate the safety procedures and follow-up.
  • Provide a coordination service for the project.
  • Validation of the closing phase, to maintain high quality hand-over to SMO

Aanvullende informatieThe PM Support Officer is administratively responsible for monitoring a successful project initiation until an excellent project delivery to services. The support officer will provide full administrative support to the PMs and their projects, in accordance with the project methodology and templates.This data allows them to easily report project status, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.You will also be responsible for some full administrative projects and small quotations to direct customers in accordance with the PMO Team Lead. This includes follow-up of the scope, planning, safety, and quality.Budget ResponsibilitySpecific budget + order of magnitude: management of several Level 1 projects (budget
€100,000, 1 technology).Limited within the amounts agreed for their projects.
