We're looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Risk & Credits tribe and support the central data store squad. You'll be part of a team ensuring high-quality data for risk reporting, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics.📍 Location: Brussels - 2 days per week onsite

🗣️ Languages: Dutch or French (fluent/good) + English (fluent in writing, good spoken)Responsibilities
  • Maintain and extend the data model for the central datastore (Testudo).
  • Profile and analyse data to improve model quality and support users.
  • Define mapping and transformation rules from source systems.
  • Assist developers with specifications and test implementations.
  • Ensure correct deployment in production environments.
  • Support data stewards with data quality monitoring.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support to reporting teams, back office, and risk functions.
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting, risk models, and credit monitoring initiatives.
RequirementsTechnical
  • At least 2+ years' experience as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
  • SQL expertise and experience with database-driven squads.
  • Strong functional/technical analysis and testing skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Preferable: Oracle, Sybase IQ, Informatica ETL, Linux, programming notions.
Business
  • Experience with credits and large-scale IT development.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, requirements documentation, and testing.
  • Agile environment experience in a large/complex organization.
  • Preferable: Credit risk knowledge, EU regulation (Basel III, MCD), economics/maths background
