The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that our Agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved. You will act as a servant leader, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and driving delivery excellence across development teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and values to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and proactively seek solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Promote transparency by supporting clear communication and progress reporting across teams and stakeholders.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within teams, helping them reach high levels of maturity.
  • Protect teams from external interruptions and distractions that could impact focus and delivery.
  • Measure and track team performance using relevant Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and coach teams.
  • Excellent command of English, French and/or Dutch, with good working knowledge of the other.
