Creation of a new function as Payroll Manager in a great company.
  • Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the team to ensure that the organization's payroll and administration strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and in line with established global and local processes and budgets.
  • You ensure the continuous optimization of payroll and administration processes and tools to achieve the most efficient way of working.
  • You continuously question the current situation of our payroll processes and define clear actions to achieve the optimal solution, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders involved.
  • You help to create a culture of continuous improvement and initiate clearly defined actions to put these ideas into practice.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with our shared services center in Bratislava, which helps us with day-to-day administration.
  • Participate in a number of compensation and benefits projects.
Payroll Manager|Permanent contract
  • You have proven experience in the various functionalities of Belgian payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers.
  • You have experience in optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.
  • You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) and experience with Luxembourg and French payroll is a plus.
