Whether you're a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project/Program Manager, your expertise will be pivotal in steering transformative digital strategies within the financial sector.Key ResponsibilitiesJoining our Business Transformation team means you'll be working closely with clients to craft new digital business strategies, employing advanced research methodologies to gather valuable client insights, and developing strategic initiatives that enhance customer journeys. You'll play a pivotal role in the growth of our competence team and contribute to the broader success of EY.As a Digital Transformation Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and refining customer journeys within various banking and insurance sectors, such as Savings & Investments, Loans, Payments, and Life & Non-life Insurance.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in existing customer journeys.
- Analyzing customer data to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Ensuring the customer's perspective is central to the delivery of digital solutions in the market.
- Participating in or managing projects from inception to completion, including overseeing project planning, budgeting, and team staffing.
- Sharing your domain-specific knowledge and expertise to enhance our collective capabilities.
- Master degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics,...)
- Professional experience (between 2 - 6 years), either in consulting, and/or in the financial sector, ideally in designing or delivering customer journeys in the market
- An excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch
- Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
- Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management methodologies are a differentiator for more experienced candidates
- Knowledge of banking or insurance products and processes (e.g. Invest, Loans, Payments, Life- and Non-life products) is a major asset.
