Your tasks and responsibilities are as follow:Functional analysiso Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements using a variety of techniques to uncover both stated and hidden needso Perform root cause analysis to ensure that proposed solutions will address underlying needso Translate requirements into specificationso Validate whether outputs meet user and strategic expectationso Configure required changes in no-code or low-code systemsProject participationo Execute tasks defined by the relevant project manager as part of projectso Manage upwards, engage with project managers to ensure own parts of the project plan are appropriate and realistico Maintain awareness of other internal and external activities that may impact projects, including counterpart projects at international level (at ISO and/or IEC)Change management contribution (= the people side of change)o Produce and maintain user documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholderso Support developers as they create and maintain technical documentationo Support the relevant project manager with execution of appropriate change management activities such as contributing content to communicationsVos talentsAct with integrity, Deliver results & Work collaboratively !o Bachelor, master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field, with at least 5 years experience ;o English – native level ;o Functional or business analysis techniques ;o Excellent analytical and conceptual skills ;o Aptitude for learning new tools and understanding complex data structures ;o Application of theory (functional or business analysis) in practice.Notre offreGet challenged !Our client, is offering a position in a work environment on a human scale, respectful and open-minded.The association offers you a permanent contract with a salary package linked to your experience level and skills.This opening is exclusive to Proselect.
