  • Manage and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with BE GAAP and support the adoption of IFRS standards across the group
  • Lead the financial consolidation process involving multiple international subsidiaries
  • Prepare management and shareholder reports, including detailed performance analysis
  • Act as the point of contact for financial data quality across the group's entities
  • Contribute to the optimization and automation of reporting and consolidation processes
  • Support external audits and respond to auditor requests with clarity and accuracy
  • Take part in group-wide strategic projects, including upcoming international mergers
Expert role in a local organisation with an international scope Flexible environmentYou bring strong accounting roots and an international mindset.Ideally, you gather:
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; additional certification (CPA, etc.) is a plus
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in reporting/consolidation within a corporate environment - strong
  • A strong accounting foundation and hands-on familiarity with BE GAAP; IFRS knowledge is an asset
  • Fluency in English and French (written/spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP Group Reporting, Cognos)
  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to work across teams and borders
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills
As Reporting & Consolidation Analyst you'll be part of a dynamic finance department (4 people), where you'll step into a key role covering both operational and strategic aspects of reporting and consolidation.
