- Technische ondersteuning: Beantwoorden van technische vragen van installateurs, partners en interne stakeholders.
- Training en kennisdeling: Organiseren en geven van opleidingen aan installateurs en partners.
- Projectvoorbereiding: Technische validatie van projecten, ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstelling, zowel op locatie als op afstand.
- Productlanceringen: Ontwikkelen van trainingsmateriaal, ondersteunen van integratoren, voorbereiden van technische documentatie.
- Kwaliteitsopvolging: Behandelen van technische cases, analyseren van terugkerende problemen en escalatie naar L3-support.
- Systeemintegratie: Samenwerken met BMS-teams voor integratie in bredere gebouwbeheersystemen.
- Opstellen van technische ontwerpen en standaarddocumentatie voor pre-sales ondersteuning.
- Ondersteuning van sales en partners met demonstraties, workshops en technische validaties.
- Begeleiding van EcoXpert-partners tijdens engineering- en programmeerfasen.
- Naleving van veiligheids- en cybersecurityprocedures (VCA VOL, BA4/5, Enablon).
- Diepgaande kennis van KNX, DALI, Modbus, Bacnet
- Ervaring met tools zoals ETS, PC Suite, Exiway
- Certificeringen: ETS Certified, BA4/BA5
- Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Autonoom, leergierig, stressbestendig
- Klantgericht, gestructureerd en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
